C.A.A.T. PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM FOR 2021

TITLE – The digital craftsperson: Project for the international communication of C.A.A.T.’s artisan knowledge and the creations of its member companies.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

C.A.A.T. (Consortium of Artistic and Traditional Craftmanship) is a consortium for the internationalisation that brings together small-sized enterprises, operating in the production of artistic handcraft products, besides of the restoration and renovation of historical objects.

The member companies are mostly advanced craft shops that blend the ancient artisan tradition of the Emilia Romagna region with modern stylistic and design lines. In particular member companies produce furniture, gifts and accessories for the house made by the most diverse and refined materials like ceramics, porcelain, glass, resin, wood, silver, gold and many others.

Given the important peculiarities of the associated companies, C.A.A.T. presents an ambitious digital marketing project, aimed at conveying the value of the creations of its member companies in international markets through a communication plan that aims to stimulate the emotional sphere of the target audience.  The project includes several activities and a rich communication plan on the markets of GERMANY, FRANCE, USA and UNITED ARAB EMIRATES and in particular it is made up of the following activities:

  • Assessment and webmarketing analysis to check the online presence of the member companies and country digital profiles for Germany, France, USA and UAE;
  • Digital marketing: online campaigns on the target markets;
  • Digital promotional materials like images, videos and digital catalogue;
  • Update of the C.A.A.T. website.

The CAAT promotional program 2021 was approved by the Emilia Romagna Region for a total amount of € 107.100,00 and the Consortium was granted a contribution of € 53.550,00.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

C.A.A.T. wants to achieve the following objectives: maximising the visibility of the member companies in the target markets, enhancing the craftsmanship knowledge of its member companies’ creation; providing its member companies with shared tools to explore international markets efficiently, through an online communication strategy; finding potential business opportunities in selected markets.
